Avión is an essential player in the ultra-premium tequila market, as demonstrated by their products Avión Silver & Avión Reposado. The foundation for production is 100% Weber blue agave from the Jalisco highlands in Jesús María, Mexico, which must mature for at least 5 years and is then hand-selected and harvested. Craftsmanship is maintained throughout every step of the production process. Therefore, the agave is slowly roasted for two days in brick ovens for perfect caramelization, which enhances the unique taste of this particular variety. This is followed by careful double-distillation in small batches to ensure the quality of the purest distillate. For the Reposado variant, the distillate is then aged for at least 3 months in oak barrels. The alcohol content is 40%.

Avión Reposado is an ultra-premium gold tequila. As with other Avión products, the raw material used is 100% Weber blue agave from the Jalisco highlands of Mexico. Avión takes pride in its commitment to maximum quality, which is reflected in both the raw materials and the production process. The hand-harvested agave is first slow-roasted for two days in brick ovens, where it caramelizes, and then undergoes a careful double-distillation in small batches. After distillation, the tequila is aged for at least another 3 months in American oak barrels. This gives the final product a uniquely smooth floral flavor with notes of cherry, peach, and pear.
