THE DEACON blend is a masterful blend of both smoky mainland and peaty Islay malt whiskies, making it a complex, rich, and smoky dram: The single malts from Islay have a characteristic peaty smoke flavour. The single malts from the mainland Speyside region have a bonfire-like smoke character.
